Hello to All,

I have a question/concern for Gwava 4. I was so excited to get it for Netware and get it installed on our system and get it working. I started by installing it this past Sunday and the installation went Great! But then I wanted to create a new MTA scan and that is where it all went downhill from there. We created scans and deleted scans and recreated scans and it just doesn't seem to be working. Can I ask why the MTA scan is not a very good way to set up new scans? We currently are running Guinevere for our GWIA and wanted to just get 4 up and running with the MTA but nothing seemes to be working. After a very long and tireing week of ABends and SPAMⁱ coming through because the scanner isn't working we ended up going back to 3.60. I am not a happy camper about doing that. But does anyone know of a good workaround for this?

We currently are running Netware 6.5, Groupwise 7.0.1 and running McAfee 8.5. Any help at all would be great. I did work with a bunch of guys from Tech support that was great, but couldn't assure that the changes would work. They were just maybes and nothing 100%.

Any Ideas or anything that would help?
